Seeing as how one of my dear friends, Amanda Barnes is the Queen of Spanish Revival - you seem to always bring us together for collaborations yielding beauty and joy! Remember the old saying, “Luck happens when preparation and opportunity meet?” - The images you see here are the result of 3 staging meetings, endless love into each detail and a full 13 hour day capturing the soul of this house. Let these images be a reminder to find stillness in your day and confidence that the process of hardwork and passion results in beauty and joy. California Calm and Cool with Mydomaine and Amanda Barnes Xx

The holidays are only days away and already things are so very busy! What better way to start off the season than with this calming space? 

Sentimental as it may sound, Amanda Barnes Interiors made room for her clients to create memories. Intentionally calming color palettes and dual-purpose rooms for this growing family. As a photographer & stylist, I am drawn to the substance she's created in such gentle soothing spaces.

Known for having many talents: incredible mother, talented designer, and wonderful friend, Amanda's work speaks for itself. She is most recognized for her comfortable and chic family-friendly homes. This Silicon Valley home tour is no different, a peaceful extension of her beloved clients, which includes its own personalized meditation room.  

I am wishing  each of you a Holiday filled with love and warmth. I am hoping this space will set the tone for a relaxing holiday season. MyDomaine Feature: Inside an LA Fashion Boutique with Taylor Anne Interiors

I don’t take it lightly—it being the gift of pursuing work that feeds my soul and fuels my creativity. Recently, I spent some time in LA working with Taylor Anne’s gorgeous Boutique space. When I have the opportunity to collaborate on styling and then the joy of capturing a brand in such a beautiful and graceful light----well, I’m left feeling an overwhelming emotion of joy and  palpable gladness.

These images are a few of my favorites from what will go down in the books as a peaceful and productive LA trip. Surrounded by beauty and curated elegance, I was impressed with the effortlessness of the space. Less is always more with me and my lens. California, and this boutique, will always have a piece (or two) of my heart. For that, and all these beautiful moments, I’m forever grateful.
