A Few of My Favorite Projects Featured in Country Living Magazine!

I'm so fortunate to work with such amazing talent all across the country... literally from coast to coast. That's what makes my recent feature in Country Living so special and the second year in a row I have been part of this state to state round up. Their summer issue, dubbed the "Coast to Coast" issue, features not one, but TWO spaces I styled and shot! The first is a cozy vignette in Nicole Davis's stunning Utah home. The second, an outdoor space by Tulsa-based Austin Bean Design Studio, is my ideal entertaining space for a summertime get-together. I so love working with both of these design teams and watching them grow and honor their unique styles and perspectives. It's so rewarding to collaborate with creative, fun, energetic clients like these—to be able to highlight their design strengths and diversity is just an added bonus!!

MyDomaine Feature: Inside an LA Fashion Boutique with Taylor Anne Interiors

I don’t take it lightly—it being the gift of pursuing work that feeds my soul and fuels my creativity. Recently, I spent some time in LA working with Taylor Anne’s gorgeous Boutique space. When I have the opportunity to collaborate on styling and then the joy of capturing a brand in such a beautiful and graceful light----well, I’m left feeling an overwhelming emotion of joy and  palpable gladness.

These images are a few of my favorites from what will go down in the books as a peaceful and productive LA trip. Surrounded by beauty and curated elegance, I was impressed with the effortlessness of the space. Less is always more with me and my lens. California, and this boutique, will always have a piece (or two) of my heart. For that, and all these beautiful moments, I’m forever grateful.

Thank you to the special team at MyDomaine for supporting beauty and an artful way of living. To see more of this space, head over to MyDomaine Now. Xx

Lofty Goals featured on MYDOMAINE Xx

You know me, white and neutrals are everything to me. But every now and then a shoot comes along that causes me to crave a little color. Kendall Simmon’s eclectic loft space is a prime example. Details that grab your attention like Cobain hanging out by a bright tomato orange bar cart call for a double take. Bold stripes on floor rugs, bright and color framed art, and the combination of eclectic furniture all work together to make a space that is uniquely Kendall.

As always, it’s the story behind the home that moves me. In pursuit of a larger life, Kendall and her husband sought smaller space. Leaving the suburbs behind, they downsizing to make room for more travel and bigger experiences. If her one of a kind loft is any indicator of the beauty, travel, and experiences that await her, well, there are beautiful and creative things ahead for Kendall.

Thank you, Kendall, for letting me into your most precious space your home. And thanks to MyDomaine for highlighting this exceptional space.

Head over to MyDomaine for the yummy details HERE. Xx

Million Dollar Decorating Podcast Interview with Alyssa Rosenheck

Yes!!!! I said yes before I gave myself enough time to say no and it was such a delightful invitation!!  James Swan’s Million Dollar Decorator podcast exists to entertain, educate, and inspire people toward living beautifully. The podcast features enlightening conversations with the world’s leading designers, decorators, architects, artisans, and as of late, an architectural interiors photographer. Yes, That would be me!! Pinch me, please!!

Aside from admiring his work, I love his personality—what’s not to love about a man who’s book is titled, “101 Things I Hate about Your House.” Charming personality aside, the idea of joining James for his podcast created a serious case of “the nerves” but left me flooded with gratitude and appreciation for our conversation. It was an absolute joy and reminder for me to continue to pursue the things in life that scare me the most. These are the opportunities and moments that tend to be the greatest gift.

Thank you, James Swan, for appreciating my work and making room for me in your beautifully curated world. I hope you enjoy the podcast below and I hope we all continue to say yes to life's moments that continue to push our comfort level in a beautiful and progressive way. Xx
